Our work is done between 9am to 9pm, Monday – Sunday. NO Extra Charge on Public Holidays.
Do you service my Area?
More than 150 Strong Experienced MOST Technicians and 20 MOST DRIVE THRU, Oil Service Hubs currently servicing the whole SELANGOR, KUALA LUMPUR, SEREMBAN, MERSING, PASIR GUDANG, MELAKA, SEBERANG PERAI and JITRA areas without extra cost. What Make and Model of vehicles do MOST technicians service?
From Malaysian to Japanese and Korean model and made vehicles, we meet all your engine oil service needs.
What kind of oil do you use?
We use only high quality, Kazuno engine oils from Japan which are developed and formulated using iNanoDrive, natural ester-based nanotechnology solution combined with high quality synthetic/highy purified base stock and the latest generation of additives technology to meet the demanding requirements of today's engines. . We use the correct viscosity of oil for your vehicle, as recommended by the manufacturer.
Do you do more than change the oil?
We offer a 10-Point service check, which includes everything from changing the oil to pressurizing your tires and more. At MOST, it is always our aim to do more than the basics so that you can be sure your vehicle stays in great shape and is always ready to go.
How do you prevent spills?
Your satisfaction is very important, and untidy work is not acceptable! The first thing we do is place large, absorbent safety mats under the vehicle being serviced. These will catch any drips (and of course we try to avoid drips!). We use over-sized drain pans to collect the used/old engine oil from your vehicle. We are very concerned about the environment and about your vehicle, and we are very careful.
What do you do with the old oil and oil filters?
All of our waste oil and filters are completely recycled by a registered recycler. None of it ever ends up in landfills.
Do I need to be there while you service my vehicle?
No! You can be doing other things as long as prior arrangements with us have been made.
Can you service more than one vehicle at a time?
Yes.
How is service paid for?
Payment at your location can be paid by CASH.
How do I verify the identity of the MOST service Technician?
Every MOST technician is provided with an identity tag with their name, phone numbers, id numbers and a photo that is certified by The MOST Director of Operation. You may call our Customer Service Assistants at 010 3201099 to verify the technicians.
What if I have a question or issue after the service?
We want to know about questions or concerns right away. If we can handle it via phone or email, great. If that’s not enough, we will make a special trip back to your location to make sure you are completely satisfied. Please call 010 3201099 if you have any questions or concerns.
